Mission Point Community Church Mission Point Community Church Winona Lake, IN Winona Lake, IN Part-time Part-time $25 an hour $25 an hour GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Weekend Facilities Coordinator is responsible to make sure church is set up and torn down weekly (Sat.
and Sun.
) and to be onsite for Sunday morning services for any facilities needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as liaison between the MPCC staff and WCHS PAC regarding church on Sunday mornings Recruit, train, equip, schedule, supervise, and care for the facilities paid and volunteer set-up/tear-down teams Responsible for leading the set up and tear down at WCHS each weekend Be the quality control for set up and tear down each week Be available on Sundays for facilities needs (cleaning, shoveling, etc) Other duties as assigned EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS Required Qualifications An evident and growing relationship with Jesus Christ A strong sense of calling/passion to serve the local church A whole-hearted agreement with Mission Point's Statements of Faith and Biblical Morality and Biblical Affirmations of Conduct & Conviction standards Preferred Qualifications Experience in facility management, backing up trailers, construction, and/or maintenance Skills in leadership Ability to problem solve and then implement solutions Natural self-starter Must demonstrate discernment, decision-making, creative vision and the ability to delegate Ability to work well with various types of people POSITION STRUCTURE Reports to Executive Pastor TIME COMMITMENT Part-Time (8-12 hours per week.
Typical hours are 4-7 PM on Saturday nights and 7:

00 PM on Sundays) PAY RATE $25/hr.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
